1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of friendswithfire.co.za and your purchase of any
products. By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

FriendsWithFire designs and manufactures wood-fired furnaces, outdoor cookers,
and related accessories.

Product details and images are provided for general guidance; minor variations may
occur due to manual fabrication.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.
We accept EFT, PayFast, SnapScan, and other approved payment methods.
Pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR) and includes VAT unless otherwise
stated.

4. Lead Times

Lead times vary by product and will be communicated at order confirmation. Custom
fabrication may extend delivery timelines.

5. Warranty

Products carry a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty. This warranty
excludes wear items, misuse, or corrosion due to improper maintenance or non-
intended use.

6. Liability

FriendsWithFire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from product use or installation. Use products strictly in accordance
with instructions and safety guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and product designs on this site are owned by FriendsWithFire (Pty)
Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any
disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
