Refund Policy

1. General

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our
products (custom-fabricated and fire-used equipment), certain conditions apply.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
The product has not been used, burned, or exposed to water/fire.
The item is in its original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Returns are subject to inspection and approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used furnaces, cookers, or any item exposed to fire or fuel.
Custom or modified orders.
Spare parts or accessories unless defective.

4. Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via your
original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

5. Exchanges & Repairs

If a product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing, we will repair or replace
it at our discretion.
To arrange this, email info@friendswithfire.co.za with order details and clear
photos.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return freight unless the return is due to our error or
manufacturing defect.
