Shipping Policy

We ship all products directly from our facility in South Africa. Shipping times and
costs depend on your location, order size, and product type.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment
confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items (such as Aqua Stoke units) may take
longer — lead times will be confirmed before payment.

3. Delivery Methods

We use trusted freight and courier partners for local and national deliveries.

Small items: standard courier (door-to-door).
Large or heavy items: palletised freight or local collection (arranged by
customer).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or quoted manually before invoice
confirmation. Customers may choose self-collection at our premises.

5. Tracking

Where applicable, a tracking number or delivery confirmation will be provided once
the order has shipped.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery on arrival.

If your product is damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of receipt at
info@friendswithfire.co.za with photos and order reference.
